Students and parents/guardians can request their transcripts by visiting the the Academic Counselor or by contacting the school registrar. To initiate the process, students must complete a Transcript Request Form, which is linked here. Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure timely processing. Official transcripts are typically sent directly to the requesting institution, while unofficial copies can be provided to students for personal use. If further assistance is needed, students are encouraged to reach out to the school counselor or registrar.
Students wishing to change classes must complete a Change of Course Request Form, which is linked here. This form can also be obtained from the school office through a Counselor. After filling out the required information, students must submit the form to their Academic Counselor for review. The request will be evaluated based on availability and the student's academic and socio/emotional needs. Once approved, the change will be finalized, and the student will receive an updated schedule. Students are encouraged to submit their forms as early as possible to avoid delays. Class changes after the first two weeks of the semester will not be accepted.
At Aspen Ridge Public School, the credit recovery process is through Imagine Learning - Edgenuity, which is designed to help students who have not successfully earned credit in a course. Students who are eligible for credit recovery will work with their teachers and school counselor to create a personalized plan that addresses the areas where improvement is needed.
Completion of the recovery work within a set timeframe allows students to earn the required credit, ensuring they stay on track for graduation.
Students are eligible for credit recovery as long as they have a free elective in their schedule. When available, Aspen Ridge's two-week summer school program will also be available.

The process for obtaining a work permit is designed to ensure that students can balance their academic responsibilities with employment. Students seeking a work permit must first obtain an application from the Academic Counselor. Once the form is completed, it needs to be signed by both a parent/guardian and the prospective employer. The application is then submitted to the school counselor's office, where it is reviewed to ensure the student’s work schedule will not interfere with their academic performance or well-being. After approval, the permit is issued, allowing the student to work within the guidelines set by the school and state regulations.
