Sexual Health For Complex Needs
Fall/Winter Sex Ed Classes are open to registration! Every registration for the sexual health class includes a mailed out sex ed learning kit, so order early to ensure your youth/young adult recieves their kit before class begins.

Angel is a sex positive sex educator and social mentor. This means that shame is not part of the conversation, and all earnest questions will be answered factually and without judgement.

Sex Ed for Complex needs
These classes require a mail out kit that includes the tools for your youth/young adult to use during class.
Sex Ed for Complex Needs includes the following sessions:
Menstruation: This class comes with a menstrual product kit and hand mirror. We will learn about menstruation, how to use various menstrual products, how to clean, and when to get help.
Puberty (all genders): This class includes a handout with social story for remembering the info in class. We explore body changes, body odour, wet dreams, menstruation (touch on),
masturbation (touch on) and consent.
My Body, My Rules: This class comes with a social story. We explore our right to our own bodies, with a focus on recognizing abuse and how to get help.
Sex, Babies and Being Healthy: This class comes with condoms, dams, gloves, lubricant, and info card on birth control and reproduction. We learn how babies are made, how to prevent having babies when we engage in sexual acts, and how to have sexually healthy bodies using barriers and sti testing.
Yes, No and When/Who to Talk to: For our folk who struggle with when they can and cannot engage in sexual behaviours. This class comes with laminated consent cards that show healthy versus unhealthy relationships (with a focus on not saying yes to people in power). We learn how to clearly consent to sex, how to set boundaries (I would like to do this, but I am not doing that), and how to get help when we need it.
Masturbation & Hygeine (penises/prostates) This class includes lubricant, safe prostate stimulation tool, wipes and clean up reminder card. We explore what and why people masturbate and watch some video taped demonstrations on how to masturbate to completion, how to clean up after. Private space concepts are taught and reinforced throughout.
