Our main new question is how the extremes can affect the data that we find. In our research we predominantly had moderate temperatures, high humidity, and low wind speeds so we would be curious about how a wider range of environments would affect the data. For future research we would like to gather data from around the world so as to get a more wide range of data. This would also allow us to see how different relationships are around the world between arthropods and their environment.
We would’ve tried to do a larger quadrat as we felt that our data was limited. We would also recommend having 3 people as it was a little too much for 2 people to handle. Having 3 people would allow for a quicker and smoother experience and it would allow you to do larger quadrats as well. If there are smaller bugs that are hard to ID, save a picture for future reference.
