Jen Taylor, (508)532-4015, jtaylor@ashland.k12.ma.us
Welcome to the School Counseling Department of the Ashland Public Schools. Prior to working in Ashland I worked as a School Psychologist in the Boston and Milford Public Schools and as a School Adjustment Counselor in the Milford Public Schools for 15 years.
This is my 7th year as the Director of Counseling & SEL in Ashland. My job is to help support the social-emotional well-being of both our students and staff. It is a pleasure to work with the counselors and educators in APS to ensure that all of our students develop the social and emotional skills they need to succeed in school and life. It is my goal for SEL to be deeply embedded into the daily activities of our students and staff so that SEL is not simply a curriculum or special class, but so it simply becomes the way that we do things in the Ashland Public Schools community.
Please feel free to reach out to me via phone or email at anytime to ask a question, voice any concerns you may have or if you are seeking resources related to social-emotional development or mental well-being.
