Web 2.0: Cool Tools for Schools is a wiki that provides annotated lists of web resources for teaching and learning.  There are tools to support every step of the learning process, and Cool Tools groups tools based on what they support.

Learn It In 5 provides five minute how-to videos that guide you through using different technology tools in the classroom.  Their video library covers topics such as Twitter, Google Scholar, and VoiceThread.

Defining and Avoiding Plagiarism: The WPA Statement on Best Practices - This extensive statement provides guidelines and resources to help you teach your students about plagiarism.

Visiting the Library:

Bringing classes to the library is an effective way to incorporate research and information skills into class projects.  The library can provide project resource guides and different types of information instruction.  It is important that you sign-up early and provide as much information about the project as possible to ensure the library session is effective!
