Healthy Snacks
My class will take a morning break for a snack each day. Students are welcome to bring a healthy snack. Students may not bring soda, energy drinks, or candy at any time. Please help me promote healthy lifestyles by providing your child only healthy choices.

Birthdays
Students are welcome to bring a healthy snack to share on their birthdays; sugary treats such as cupcakes, cakes, or cookies are not allowed in my classroom. Fruit, cheese and/or meat trays, vegetable sticks, and 100% juice pops are acceptable alternatives. Please contact me if you plan to provide a birthday treat at least 3 days in advance to discuss options, as well as foods to avoid due to students who may suffer from allergies in my classroom.
