Organization Research Project

For the holiday season we talked a lot about giving, and ways to be generous around the holidays.  We learned about different organizations in our community such as the American Red Cross, Best Buddies International, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, United Way and Meals on Wheels that are designed to help meet the needs of people in the community.  

Each student had an organization to research. They researched the date the organization was founded, where the Headquarters are located, the goal of the organization, and how to get involved with the organization.
