Ice Cream Cookie Sand-Wiches

We decided to have a little fun the first full week of school and do our first cooking lesson!!  We cooked ice cream cookie sand-wiches (because in the summer you go to the beach and play in the SAND...get it?) using boxed cake mix, oil, eggs, sprinkles, and ice cream!!  Students even responded well to having to WAIT a whole day to eat their yummy sand-wiches!!  Here are some pictures of our fun lesson!!
