Special Olympics may have been cancelled, but our team made sure that the fun was NOT! These are snapshots of our morning, in no particular order....some may be repeats, and some may be blurry, but it is a photo dump of the day your child experienced....and THEY LOVED IT!
First Things First.... Specific Shoutouts...
Mrs. Epps, Mrs. Crawford, and Mrs. Williford printed and hand cut EVERY SINGLE ribbon award....with 45 minutes notice this morning!
Mrs. Epps single handedly made an AMAZING TORCH....
...with 45 minutes notice!
And Mrs. Williford kept up with, and hand wrote 44 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards today.
Zachary opened the games with a prayer....
Esaias opened the games by singing the national anthem....
Mrs. Morgan opened the games by helping everyone recite the Special Olympics oath:
"Let me win, but if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt!"
And then Hannah and Noah carried the torch in and lit the "flame" to begin the games!!
And then my most favorite man on the planet, my husband Matthew, delivered 10 pizzas for us after the games for lunch! Â
Now that I've given the credit where credit is due.... Here comes the PHOTO DUMP from the day!! I hope they all come through! Go Bears!
This team of ladies LOVES your kids!!
