The last week before break we used a recipe to bake Gingerbread cookies. We talked about how the holiday season is all about giving to others, so instead of eating the cookies ourselves, we gave them away to the faculty here at BHP! Each class period had a different task...
1st Block got to make the cookie dough and put it in the fridge to firm up.
2nd Block took the firm dough,rolled it out, cut the cookies, and baked them...
4th Block cut holes in tags and Ziploc bags, cut string, threaded the string through the tags and bags, packaged the cookies, and delivered them to the teacher mailboxes!
And of course the girls had to pose!
Everyone did such a great job on this project, and I think they had a great time doing it!
