Which E are you?
As part of the College and Career Readiness Initiative, the Career Development Facilitators will be hosting a weekly college and career clinic called “Cruising Careers.” These sessions will take place on Mondays during FLEX time and will last from 11:00 - 11:45. Please help us identify and encourage your students to sign up for these sessions through Edficiency. (SEE FLYER ON REVERSE SIDE)
This year we would like to focus on helping our students find their E. Our ultimate goal is for all students to chart a clear pathway to their postsecondary options by exploring the numerous opportunities available to them. Once they have identified their path, we will work with them to hopefully make their goals a reality. These are what we call….. the 3 E’s.
Employed- help students to identify career interests and goals and then give them the exposure and opportunities needed to connect them to the workforce.
Enlistment- Explore pathways and opportunities within our Military branches and help to motivate our young people to be better citizens if they are interested in this pathway.
Educational Path- Help the students navigate their paths to college by working through the important key steps in selecting the right colleges or universities for them.
Once our students have identified their E, we will work toward finding them the necessary tools to be successful in achieving their goals.
The main goal of this College and Career Clinic is for our students to leave BHP prepared for their post-secondary plans while becoming responsible citizens and continuous learners that will allow them to build fulfilling lives.
Thank you in advance for your support!

If you're interested in joining the military, the first step is taking the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, or the ASVAB. Your test results allow you to enlist and qualify for specialized positions by showing your knowledge and abilities in different areas. Learning about this exam and score requirements can help you plan for your military career.
