Arlington Public Schools and the City of Arlington are proud participants of the summer internship program for local junior and senior high school students. All Arlington businesses are invited to collaborate with the City and the School District in developing our workforce through the Arlington Career Internships (ACI) program. With the job market experiencing a shortage of qualified employees, it makes sense for businesses to invest in high-quality high school career programs. The Arlington Career Internships program will help bridge the gap and provide our local students with career-connected learning.”

Arlington High School’s CTE Internship program connects students with real-world work experiences in local businesses, industries, and community organizations. These internships give students the chance to apply classroom learning in professional settings, build technical and employability skills, and explore potential career pathways before graduation. It’s hands-on career readiness that helps students step confidently into college, apprenticeships, or the workforce.
This kind of program is where theory meets tool belt—or clipboard, or computer—depending on the student’s path. Would you like me to make this blurb more polished for a flyer-style format, or keep it short and conversational for quick reference?
