What's Happening in Class:
MATH/Science/SS- Mrs. Oller
Math- .
We will learn how to read different tyoes of graphs and answer questions pertaining to the information on the graphs. Your child will learn how to read a dot plot graph, pictograph, and bar graph. This is a very quick lesson. We will test on this topic on Thursday.
We will have about 2 weeks to review for the STAAR. We will do different, fun activities to review what we have learned from the very beginning of the year.
Math homework- Homework will be on Monday and Wendesday this week.
Social Studies- This week your child will learn about inventors as heros as well as communitiy service workers as heros.
Reading/Writing- Mrs. Cawthon
This week we will be continuing our Poetry study on Love that Dog by Sharon Creech. We will start a new poetry novel titled Hate that Cat by Sharon Creech.
Please make sure they are reading each night for 20-30 mins. Their library books need to be returned EVERY day.
