I have been a Mathematics Teacher in international schools for twenty-four years and have taught in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Singapore, Vietnam, and Mexico.
I am an IB-qualified teacher and as a Senior IB Examiner and Team Leader I work with the IB organization to mark exam papers and assessments. I am also an SAT Maths teacher and administrator and A-level Maths teacher.
I received my PGCE and Master’s in Education from the University of Buckingham in England. My thesis investigated how differentiated instruction positively affected EAL students’ assessment results, as well as, improving their confidence and happiness in other aspects of their school experience.
Outside of the classroom, you will find me with my two wonderful daughters and wife, family, and friends. I enjoy cooking, barbecuing, playing chess, and exploring markets in all of the different countries I visit.
