Staying Safe from COVID-19 in the Band Room

This year we are so excited to be making music together, the way it’s best experienced! In order to ensure the safety of our students and teachers alike, we are taking extra precautions to limit transmission of viral particles in the band room setting. The following table gives you some additional information about how the music department is maintaining a safe environment for our students. Please note that these precautions are in addition to the school-wide protocols of mask wearing, hand washing, etc.

Students will NOT be playing their instruments in class until we have received our order of proper instrument-specific PPE. You will receive notice via Parentsquare and in-class announcements for when it comes time to play instruments.
