Welcome Week is a week-long event to welcome new international students. This year it takes place from Monday September 15 at 9:30 am to Friday September 19, 2025.

Supplies

Thanks to our agreement with La Palette d’Art, you can already order, at a preferential rate, all the mandatory and optional supplies before the start of the school year.

It is essential to follow this procedure before Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

1st YEAR AT ARTFX

There are mandatory supplies that you need for your year at ARTFX. You can purchase them yourself if you prefer, but we have established a partnership with LA PALETTE D'ART to offer you reduced prices and make ordering easier.

Please Note

These supply lists have been developed by the teachers, taking into account daily needs and budget considerations. If you have already invested in this type of supplies or equivalent materials, you are welcome to reuse them. Remember to choose a notebook that suits your organizational style for taking notes during classes.

It material

We recommend that you equip yourself with the following materials:

A graphics tablet and stylus
An SD card with at least 16 GB
An external hard drive with at least 1 TB

CVEC

What is CVEC?

The "Contribution de Vie Étudiante et de Campus" (CVEC) is an annual fee of €103 required from students before they enroll in an initial training program, including distance learning, at a higher education institution. The CVEC funds campus life projects to improve students' living conditions and offer various activities in several areas, such as:

Renovation of prevention policies and improvement of access to healthcare for students.
Strengthening social support for students.
Development of sports activities for students.
Diversification of artistic and cultural projects and events in higher education institutions.
Improvement of student reception and services.

This contribution was established by the "Orientation et Réussite des Étudiants" Law, enacted on March 8, 2018.

How to Pay the CVEC ?

Students must pay their contribution or obtain an exemption before enrolling at CVEC Official Website.

Some students, such as scholarship recipients, are automatically exempt or can request a refund.

Enrollment in initial training is only validated once the student has paid the CVEC or obtained an exemption based on their situation.

The payment certificate provided by CROUS is essential to finalize enrollment in an institution.
