The proceeds from this event will support American Renaissance School capital campaign! Our 2024 Capital Campaign is a pivotal initiative that will provide necessary funds to allocate towards facility improvements, maintenance and future expansion.
Every ticket sold helps us ensure that our facilities match the high standard of education we provide, offering our students an environment conducive to learning and growth.
Grade Level Competition
Competition Overview: All grade levels (K-8) are invited to participate in a friendly competition to see which grade can sell the most tickets to the Downtown Harmonies Music Festival. The grade level that sells the most tickets will win exciting prizes!
How to Participate:
Selling Tickets:
Each student can sell digital tickets to friends, family members, neighbors, and more.
Encourage your buyers to support your grade by entering the grade level in the coupon code section during their ticket purchase.
For example, if a buyer wants to support 2nd grade, they would enter in the coupon code section (i.e. kindergarten, first, second, third...)
Promotion:
Families can promote ticket sales through email, social media, or word of mouth.
Share the event details and encourage others to attend and support your grade.
Tracking Sales:
The school will track the sales by the grade level entered during the purchase.
Only sales with the correct grade-level in the coupon code section will count towards the competition.
Prizes for Top-Selling Grades:
1st Place:
Mini Field Day: The winning grade will enjoy a fun filled afternoon at Grace Park playing games and even end with tug of war!
2nd Place:
Dance Party: The winning grade will enjoy a dance party in the gym!
3rd Place:

Remember: The more tickets your grade sells, the better your chances of winning these fantastic prizes! Good luck, and let’s make Downtown Harmonies a huge success for American Renaissance School!
