Go to YouTube (Google login) and upload a video to your channel.
"Unlisted" is a great option. Only people with the link. The video won't even show up on your channel!
Upload your video to Google Drive
Google Meet and Screencastify adds it automatically to Drive.
Smartphones: You can send it to your Google Drive (Share button).
Right-click the video and click "Get shareable link" (or select it and click on the link icon).
Share the link to the video in an email or any other tech tool.
