Google Forms
What is Google Forms
Google Form is a tool that lets users to collect information through personalized surveys, exit tickets, order forms, and quizzes. The information is automatically connected to a spreadsheet that is populated by survey and quiz responses and can be used to generate graphs and charts of data.
Students and teachers can access Google Forms from their waffle or by clicking "new" to create a new file in Google Drive.
