Kick back and relax after a big day of running with some outdoor yoga. Head to a nearby park or outdoor space to enjoy some stretching in the sun.
Choose one of the five senses (sight, sounds, smell, taste and touch) and then go for a walk. Ask yourself or whoever you are walking with about which way each sense is being used.

Try following an online workout video or support your local gym/fitness facility by going to do a workout. If that's not your style, grab a basketball or soccer ball and visit your local court/field!
Looking for a change of pace from running or walking? Take the opportunity to go for a bike ride today through the neigbourhood or a nearby park with some nice trails!
Visit a new park or outdoor area you've never been to before and see what kind of wildlife you run into! Count how many animals you spot and take a picture of your favourite one!
Create a craft inspired by the outdoors. Go on an adventure to gather materials like sticks, small tree branches, pine cones, rocks or whatever else you may find and use them to make a fun craft.
