Charnay Brandon is a visionary leader, mental health specialist, author, and creative entrepreneur proudly serving as Ms. Black Nevada 2025. A Psychology graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with minors in Business and Neuroscience, she is actively advancing her studies on the path to becoming Dr. Brandon—a future psychologist devoted to emotional wellness, identity development, and humanistic healing.
As the CEO and Founder of Sincerely, A Healing Soul, Charnay curates transformative experiences that integrate psychology, art, and intentional self-care. She also leads as Executive Director of Grounding Oasis, a luxury wellness and event space designed to foster holistic healing, community connection, and creative expression. Under her umbrella corporation, Ombodhi Village, she oversees a dynamic ecosystem of brands—including The Goddess Boutique, Black Hair Shop, and Ombodhi Media Center—reflecting her multifaceted leadership and her commitment to creative, cultural, and economic empowerment.
A passionate advocate for mental health, Charnay focuses on opiate addiction awareness and expanding mental health education and resources for veterans and underserved communities. Her work emphasizes compassion-driven support, equitable access to care, and the destigmatization of emotional wellness.
A distinguished scholar, she is a proud member of Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology, Alpha Lambda Delta, and The National Society of Leadership and Success. Her academic excellence has earned her numerous honors, including the OUMP Rising Star Award (2024), the Alliance Honor Award (2024), and multiple placements on the UNLV Dean’s List.
As a creative and mental health advocate, Charnay grounds her platform in her powerful mantra: “I get finer every time I heal.” Her artistic body of work includes the spoken word collection The Transformation of a Woman: I Get Finer Every Time I Heal and the forthcoming children’s book My Love. Through storytelling, art exhibitions, poetry, and wellness workshops, she merges emotional awareness with creative liberation, inspiring others to transform pain into power.
Charnay’s influence continues to expand—she has been featured in Canvas Rebel Magazine, partnered with the City of Las Vegas to curate large-scale wellness initiatives, and leads programs focused on youth mentorship, financial literacy, and community healing. She also serves as Operational Director for the Foster Care Chamber of Commerce, supporting families, youth, and grassroots organizations throughout Nevada.
