The Armed Forces Chamber operates the Armed Forces Chamber Community Development Corporation, a 501(c)(3) public charity and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), dedicated to directly supporting Armed Forces members and their families. With a mission to enhance their well-being, the Chamber fosters resilience through strategic partnerships and community engagement. By addressing key challenges faced by service members and advocating for their needs, the organization creates opportunities for growth and empowerment. Through its efforts, the Armed Forces Chamber strengthens the foundation of military families, ensuring they receive the recognition, resources, and support they rightfully deserve.

The Armed Forces Chamber partners with various community organizations to enhance, strengthen, and support its programs for Armed Forces members and their families. These collaborations enable expanded resources and services, ensuring a greater impact in addressing the needs of veterans and their loved ones across community and economic development, diversity and inclusion, education, environmental sustainability, health and human services, hunger relief and healthy eating, public safety, plus veteran and military support.

The Veterans Treatment Court employs a collaborative approach to support veterans dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or traumatic brain injuries (TBI) who face misdemeanor charges. Its mission is to promote public safety and provide targeted services to veterans, offering a structured, court-supervised program that integrates substance abuse and mental health treatment while addressing the veteran's holistic needs. This model aims to restore veterans as productive, law-abiding members of the community, ultimately reducing recidivism and associated costs.

To enhance these vital programs, the Armed Forces Chamber provides in-kind donations, including certificates of appreciation and gifts for graduates, and arranges special guest speakers and live performances for graduation ceremonies. Additionally, the organization supplies certified mentors who guide participants throughout the program.

The Armed Forces Chamber ensures compliance with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations for public access to tax documents and maintains the following: Form 1023-EZ, Letter 947, NV Tax Letter, in addition to Form 990.

The Armed Forces Chamber is pleased to announce that, beginning with the tax year 2025, it will provide Certified Audited Financials. These audited financials will ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability, aligning with best practices in financial reporting. The audited reports for 2025 will be available to the public in 2026, supporting stakeholders' confidence in the Corporation’s fiscal responsibility and commitment to integrity.

The Armed Forces Chamber offers SkillBridge program internships and training for transitioning service members from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. These exciting opportunities allow service members to gain valuable experience in the public sector and exposure to private sector employment opportunities. Potential candidates are encouraged to review the Armed Forces Chamber's SkillBridge program standards, internship pathways, and then submit an application utilizing the available interest form. After the form is submitted, a representative will contact the candidate via email or phone.
