Andre' Haynes

Andre’ Haynes is a Business Development Consultant and recognized subject matter expert whose experience includes serving in leadership roles on multiple boards and committees such as the State of Nevada, the State Bar of Nevada, County of Clark, and the City of Las Vegas. He previously served as an adjunct instructor at the College of Southern Nevada and was also approved to instruct at Mohave Community College.

His professional background includes serving as an executive with a major record company distributed through Universal Records, working as a national concert promoter with artists such as Brooks & Dunn, Destiny’s Child, and the SOS Band, and representing professional athletes who competed in the NFL, UFC, and WNBA as a publicist—experience that shaped his expertise in strategy, communications, and organizational growth. He has also served as a political campaign manager, co-hosted a talk show on KTUD-CD Vegas TV plus radio talk shows on KCEP 88.1 FM and KUNV 91.5 FM, worked as a freelance contributor for several digital and print magazines and newspapers, and managed a beauty pageant, overseeing operations, logistics, and public-facing programming, reflecting extensive experience in public affairs, media, and strategic communications.

Andre’ has served as a Director and member of the American Diabetes Association, Civil Air Patrol (the official volunteer auxiliary of the U.S. Air Force), Lions Club, New Horizons Academy, Nye County Sheriff’s Office Auxiliary Unit, Rotary Club, and the Sons of the American Legion.
