This website provides information about the school-based assessment program for each course of study contributing to the completion of Stage 5 studies.  

The NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) issues the Record of School Achievement (RoSA) to eligible students who leave school before completing the Higher School Certificate (HSC).

Some of the key elements of the RoSA are:

• It will be cumulative, showing a student's achievement until the time they leave school

• It will be based on school-based assessment

• It will be able to be reliably compared between students across NSW

• It will offer a means of recording extra-curricular achievements.
