We are all looking forward to an exciting and memorable year. Our goal is to help each student reach his or her potential and be successful. We strive to create a safe, supportive environment for learning and have a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying. In addition, we value communication with parents and guardians. Working together, we can evaluate progress, plan strategies, and provide your children with the skills, knowledge, confidence, and self-sufficiency that will carry them through their final year in middle school. PowerSchool Tips
Students and Parent(s)/Guardian(s) should use the Grade Portal to keep track of a student's progress in class.
Please remember that as the term continues more assignments will balance out the grade.
If marked "M" or "missing" with an orange circle, the student did not turn in the assignment when it was due.
If marked "L" or "Late" with a red-circle, the student did not have the completed assignment available during class.
If marked "A" or "Absent" with a green-circle, the student was not present when the assignment was checked.
"Missing", "late" and "absent" work is recorded as a zero (0/F) until the student shows the teacher the assignment after school for credit.
