Parents and Teachers,

The four C's of learning have become quite the buzz words in education and they are all very important skills for life-long learning in an ever changing world. But, how do we accomplish instilling these valuable qualities in our children? Below you will find information to help you as parent in adding to your parenting "toolbox" with ideas to get your kids thinking at home. Rather than pouring in information, throw out a question and let them "stew" on it awhile. For example, rather than, "clean your room". You might ask, "what are the benefits of having a clean and organized room?" Then push them to come up with a plan of how to accomplish their new pad in a fun way. You might even hook them up with a Marie Kondo video, or some other cool Youtube blogger and then let start planning! Of course, keep them accountable, but let it be their inspiration and idea.

Teachers the information below will show you exactly how to implement the four C's by flipping Bloom's Taxonomy and using inductive reasoning. There are materials you can print below to help you get started. Don't forget you can always reach out me for help and encouragement.

Always, Have Fun,

Kimberly Mack
