Dympna Cassidy

My role as Quality Assurance Lead includes working with primary and secondary schools ensuring that ITT standards are being measured fairly and equitably across the Arden Alliance. I also observe the teaching of school direct trainees in conjunction with their mentors and liaise with the mentors in all our partner schools, providing feedback on any issues to the Lead Professional Mentor. I also assist in running the Alliance Days, which have been rated as 'outstanding' by those who have attended to date.

Kathryn Harris

My role within the Arden Alliance is Professional Mentor. Within this I train and support mentors for their vital job of mentoring trainees and deliver support to this relationship. The mentor is the most important person in school for a trainee, so ensuring the quality of our mentoring programme is critical as we have high standards. I am also involved in training sessions and to generally support trainees during their time at Arden.

Harriet Endley

Aside from Train to Teach Roadshows and career fairs, you will no doubt come across me at Open Door events here at Arden Academy. I also organise bespoke school experience sessions - which I co-ordinate on a case-by-case basis. Arden Alliance is particularly proud of its strong cohort of subject mentors, providing trainees with personalised training which focuses on individual strengths and weaknesses. This year I look forward to training subject mentors with that focus in mind.
