NEW ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM!
PAYSCHOOLS CENTRAL
Parents must create a new PaySchools account if they want to make payments online or check the details of their student(s) meal consumption or account balance.
You must have a functioning email and know your student(s) ID number to create an account.
Student ID numbers can be found by logging into your Final Forms account.
Households may apply for free or reduced-price meal benefits at any time during the school year.
Applications will be available at your child’s open house and in each school office.
Eligibility for free and reduced-price lunch is based on federal income guidelines or participation in other programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Ohio Works First and a new Medicaid Pilot Program.
BREAKFAST INFORMATION:
Archbold Elementary: breakfast will be served from 8:00 AM-8:20 AM in the elementary cafeteria. All students need to report to their classrooms to sign in before going to breakfast.
Archbold Middle School: breakfast will be served in the cafeteria from 7:45 AM-8:05 AM.
Archbold High School: breakfast will be served in the cafeteria from 7:45 AM-8:05 AM.
For the 2023-24 school year, the price of reduced and paid lunches will be as follows:
Grades Pre-K-4:
Breakfast = $1.85 Lunch = $2.70
Grades 5-12:
Breakfast = $1.85 Lunch = Line A or Line B $3.25
Reduced Price Students, All Grades:
Breakfast = $0.30. Lunch = $0.40

You may qualify for free book fees, but you must submit a completed free and reduced meals application.
Applications are available in each school office.
