The School District of Arcadia is covering the operational costs of this facility, projected at $328,350 annually. The community center portion of this facility would be available to the community and students throughout the day, and would be managed under a Fund 80 mechanism which allows the school to generate revenue from its operations.
Affordable memberships and facility rental fee options would be provided to the community, each generating significant revenue to help offset the operational and maintenance costs associated with this facility.

Library operations and hours would remain unchanged.

Pricing will be provided for monthly and annual memberships; day-passes will also be available.
The School District is also looking at discounted rates for district residents.
Discounted rates for instructor-led activities, room rental and additional services.
