- Master schedule is dictated by limited space for current Physical Education classes
- Inadequate recess space for Middle School students during inclement weather
- Separate locker rooms for middle school and high school
- Inadequate space for co-curricular activities-practice/events
- Present walk track does not meet needs for phy. ed. or co-curricular
- Inadequate fitness center
- Inadequate rehab equipment/opportunities
