**Library is contingent on raising private donations.

Thanks to the generosity of Ron & Joyce Wanek, the District would receive a donation of $12 million from the Wanek Foundation contingent upon the passage of a $4 million referendum. This commitment represents 75% of the facility cost to complete the additional gymnasium and community center portions of the project along with a public library which is also being funded by private donations.

The combination of donations and referendum funding would allow the district to build more than just the limited scope of a single court gym and locker rooms. Instead, the district would get an additional two-court gymnasium and expanded locker rooms, along with a multi-use community center that would serve Arcadia for generations to come.

Taxpayer portion WILL NOT exceed $4 million.
