Spearheaded the planning, development, promotion, management and marketing of the following events:

- China International Enterprises Beach Games (2019/2024)

- Chinese Enterprises Badminton League (2023-2025)

- Chinese Enterprises Light Volleyball Championship (2021-2025)

- Chinese Enterprises Tennis Championship (2021-2025)

- Chinese Enterprises Bridge Championship (2021-2025)

B. International company sports exchanges

- Participating the general assembly of the World Federation of Company Sports

(WFCS) on behalf of Chinese Enterprises Sports Association (2019/2023/2024/2025)

- Led the Chinese company sports delegation to participate the World Company Sports Games organized by WFCS (2023, Leon).

C. Bidding and organization of Continental Games

- Provided full assistance to the Sanya Municipal Government in its bid to host the 6th Asian Beach Games (2018).

- Served as the Deputy Director of the External Liaison Department under the Organizing Committee of the 6th Asian Beach Games, participating in the event's preparation (2019).
