Mental Health Topics and Resources

Mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders, are common among adolescents. 1 in 5 live with a mental health condition—half develop the condition by age 14 and three quarters by age 24.

It can be scary and confusing to experience the first signs of a mental illness. It can help to talk to someone about how you are feeling.  Talking to a trusted adult can help you find answers, feel supported, and not feel so alone.
