Music

Music education is designed to educate the whole child, to give experiences to all types of learners that will be enriching and fulfilling and allow for more personal growth. South Windsor High School students involved in the performing ensembles have opportunities to perform and compete locally as well as throughout New England and beyond. Students exploring music through non-performance avenues are given opportunities to explore their interests and talents in a state of the art computer lab and theater, giving them experience in real world musical business applications. The South Windsor Music Department offers a variety of diverse music classes for students of all abilities and interests.
