Welcome to the Autumn 2025 edition of RGJS News!

As always, all the content you are about to read has been written by a group of wonderful writers here at Roe Green Junior School. Our team has welcomed in several new members this year and has welcomed back several ‘senior’ members. All of the students involved in the newspaper have a passion for writing and spend time each week thinking about how to enhance their skills while also building a sense of community with each other. 

This year we are expanding our writing abilities to include fictional pieces as well. (Don’t worry - we have created its own separate tab to help you distinguish fact from fiction!) The students are excited to share some of their pieces written from the 500 Word Story competition, homework assignments and personal publications with you over the course of the 2025/2026 school year. 

To navigate the articles, use the tabs along the top bar of the web page. We have broken the articles down into various categories and are always looking for new topics to explore.
