2014年(103年)第11任王綠琳校長積極爭取經費修護校門圍牆，後得新北市教育局新住民科補助美化牆面，由高志榮建築師、吳紹洪主任設計，以彩色馬克陶磚拼貼出各國可愛孩童及各種語言的歡迎用語，命名”國際圍牆”，寓意瑞中迎向國際、歡迎世界各地學校交流參訪。

PS:瑞中位處觀光地區各國遊客坐火車、遊覽車於基隆河對岸遠看瑞中時也可看到各種語言的歡迎用語。

Entitled"International Walls,' the walls indicate that Ruifang Junior High School looks to be internationalized and welcome schools around the world to visit and participate in exchanges.(P.S. RFJH is located near tourist attractions. Tourists around the world can see greetings in various languages at RFJH from afar while on the train or bus across Keelung River.)
