The Purge Law

The new law in Chicago, Illinois, says that bail bonds will be in effect in January 2023. This law states that if someone steps foot on your property, the police will not show up, and you will have to take matters into your own hands. When court cases are happening, they will no longer keep the person who is being accused and will no longer be held in prison until their trial. This shows the "innocent until proven guilty," which means all crimes will be legal.

Hurricane Fiona

Hurricane Fiona hit central  America this week and will hit Florida today. The hurricane knocked out all power in Cuba, leaving the residents with no control, but the winds had significantly slowed down to 65 mph and potentially significant flooding.
