Leadership Team

District EL Leadership Team

Kiersten Nicholson, Erin Balcom, Paul Kroshus, Paola Morantes-Villalobos, Parvaneh Trobec, Halle Vang, and Alexandra Uzhca Yuquilima make up our EL leadership team at the Educational Service Center. They work with building teams on EL program development, plan and support professional development for staff, work with other department and district leadership to assure equity and accessibility for all students, process curricular resources, and mentor / support teachers in their work with students who qualify for English Learner program services.
