ELLevators

A framework dedicated to building educator capacity across Osseo Area Schools to implement Essential Practices for Multilingual Learners

Educators often ask the questions: How can we build the professional capacity across our district to serve multilingual students? What are the best practice strategies that will support and accelerate multilingual students to academic success? The ELLevators frameworks provide a pathway to address these questions.  EL teachers lead, and classroom and content-area teachers join these cohorts of dedicated professionals as they build their professional capacity to provide equitable and effective instruction to all students. On this page you will find resources and information necessary for participating in the ELLevators Cohorts.
