Transcript Information
Osseo Area Schools uses an online service called Parchment to send all student transcript requests electronically. Please create an account in Parchment by selecting the "Request A Transcript Using Parchment" button below. Transcript requests are FREE for current students.
Is this your first time using parchment?
If this is your first time using Parchment you will need to set up an account as a "New Learner."
You will be asked the following information when you register:
Enrollment Status (Are you currently enrolled in the school?)
Highest level of education completed
Birth date
Email address (Use a personal email, not an Osseo Area Schools email)
Please do not use the "open with Facebook" option
Do you need to request a final transcript?
1. Go to 279Online Parchment Account
2. Sign in to your account
3. Click “Order”
4. To send to a school, click on “Academic Organization”
5. Search the organization, find it, and then click “Select”
6. Make sure it says Delivery Method “Electronic”

4. To send to a specific email address, click on “Yourself or Another Individual”
5. Choose “Electronic Delivery”
6. Enter your email address and click “Save and Continue”
7. When do you want this sent?
Choose “Send Now” to have it sent right away
Choose “Hold for Grades” to have the transcript sent AFTER trimester grades have been updated
8. Click “Save and Continue”
9. Click “Continue”
10. Sign your name using the mouse
11. Type your Parent/Guardian's name
12. Click “I certify...”
13. Click “Save & Continue”
