"REACH THE EAGLE'S NEST" FUNDRAISER
Fundraising and donations will be accepted until September but a specific student focused drive will happen between April 13 - May 22 encouraging 4th graders to get involved and reach the “Eagle’s Nest”
Fundraising Goal for the “Reach the Eagle’s Nest” Drive = $3000
Every time $250 is raised during the student drive, we will randomly draw a 4th grade student to win a prize
If we reach $3000 we will hold a 4th Grade Celebration (TBD)
NEXT STEPS:

WHY AN EAGLE'S NEST? MORE ABOUT THE TRIP: Next school year, all 5th graders will have the opportunity to participate in the overnight trip to Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center (two nights/three days). Eagle Bluff expands learning beyond the classroom. Students are immersed in natural surroundings while participating in experiential learning in the form of hands-on classes, naturalist programs, group challenges, and adventure activities. Outdoor School classes, curriculum, and activities aim to sharpen students’ critical thinking skills, foster teamwork and leadership, and raise environmental awareness while inspiring an ethos of care for the earth and each other.
The current TL 4th Grade class is fundraising for their ‘26-’27 5th Grade trip which will take place on November 13 - 15, 2026. Fundraising helps lower the cost per student and helps ensure we have funds available to cover scholarships so that all students (no matter their financial situation) are able to attend.
