This is my second year on the TLPC committee and first year as President. I have a son in 1st grade at Thomas Lake and have been grateful for the welcoming community as we started the elementary school journey. I enjoy spending time as a family with my husband, son, and our 2 energetic pups. We love going to Vikings games, movies, summers at Cascade Bay, exploring Eagans parks, making arts and crafts like friendship bracelets, and playing mini golf and bingo! I have prior volunteer experience with Junior League of Saint Paul, Every Meal, Second Harvest Heartland, and the MLB All Star Game + Superbowl 52 events in MN. I look forward to building on the amazing work the TLPC has already accomplished for this community and partnering with the TLPC team and TL administration to support our students, parents/guardians, and staff.
This is my first official year on the TLPC board, but I have been heavily involved for a few years now. I have a First grader and a Third grader, as well as a 2- and 4-year-old. I am excited to serve as the "fun" committee chair and look forward to working with our families to bring exciting and engaging events to the Thomas Lake community. When I am not busy with kid stuff I love to travel, garden, read and spend time with friends and family.
This will be my first year as the Thomas Lake Parent Committee Treasurer. I have three children at Thomas Lake: a fifth grader, a third grader, and a first grader. I am also fortunate to be married to the school nurse at Thomas Lake, but her name escapes me at the moment. I work as a Management Analyst for Dakota County. I enjoy reading, beating my kids at Mario Kart, playing sports, and spending time with loved ones.
I have been involved in the TLPC for the past four years and am looking forward to my second year serving as secretary. My husband and I have two children at Thomas Lake: a fourth grader and a first grader. I am a Business Analyst working in the healthcare field. My hobbies include reading, working on puzzles, and spending time with my family. I'm eager to support the ongoing collaboration between the TLPC and Thomas Lake to ensure a successful, enjoyable, and memorable school year.

This will be my first year serving with TLPC having concluded on the District 196 Community Education Advisory Board. My professional background is communications.
I look forward to serving with our TL parents/guardians supporting our teachers, staff, and students. My husband and I enjoy the abundance of seasonal activities and exploring those with our family. Our oldest son is in grade 3 and loves the energy at Thomas Lake, always something interesting going on. Our younger son is eager to attend this year in grade 1.
This is my fourth year with the Thomas Lake Parent Committee; I am transitioning from Treasurer to the Eagle Bluff Co-Lead. I am married to my husband Mike, and we have two children at Thomas Lake: Jordan, a fifth grader, and Aubrey, a third grader. I work as a Senior Program Leader for Ecolab's Hand Care Research & Development Team. In addition to volunteering at Thomas Lake, I also lead Bring Your Child to Work Day at Ecolab and participate in many other volunteering opportunities. I love reading, flowers, traveling and spending time with family, friends and our dog, Winnie!
I have been involved with the TLPC since my daughter, Maddy, was in 1st grade. She is now in 8th grade at Blackhawk Middle School, and my husband and I also have a 5th grader, Liam, at Thomas Lake. I am a wildlife biologist and grew up camping, hiking and regularly spending time outside in nature. I like to travel, canoe, camp, ski, hike and spend time with family, friends and our 2 golden retrievers. I enjoy introducing people to nature and the outdoors and am excited to be involved with the 2025-2026 Eagle Bluff trip planning.
This is my first year serving on the Parent Committee, and I’m excited to take on the fundraising lead role. My husband previously held this position when our son was in Kindergarten, but stepped back when our third was born. We now have three kids—two at TL (a son who is a 2nd grader and a daughter in Kindergarten) and our youngest daughter, who is 18 months old—plus our Golden Retriever, Bailey.
As a family, we love soccer, being outside, traveling, art, games, and good food. I especially enjoy cooking/baking and have a guilty pleasure for Food Network competition shows. When I’m not being “mom,” I work as a nurse in clinical simulation—a job I think is the coolest! I’m looking forward to bringing my experience and energy to support TL and our community, and I’m grateful to be part of this group.
