This is my fourth year on the TLPC committee and third year as President. I have a son in 3rd grade at Thomas Lake and have loved our first 3 years being part of the TL community. You'll see my husband Kevin at the TLPC events, he's the one carrying all of the things! We love spending time with our energetic dog, cheering on the Vikings and all the MN sports teams, and getting outside in one of Eagan's amazing parks or at Cascade Bay. I love doing puzzles while watching reality tv so if you have any good show recos, find me at a meeting or event and drop them my way.
My prior volunteer experience is with Junior League of Saint Paul, Every Meal, Second Harvest Heartland, and the MLB All Star Game + Superbowl 52 events in MN. My non-volunteer job is in sales for a toy company.
I'm looking forward to my 2nd term and continuing to support the TLPC community with our amazing volunteers and supporters. The opportunity to lead the TLPC team and partner with TL administration to support our students, parents/guardians, and staff is something that I truly love doing. When people ask how I have the time, I think of this quote, "Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they have the heart."
This is my first official year on the TLPC board, but I have been heavily involved for a few years now. I have a First grader and a Third grader, as well as a 2- and 4-year-old. I am excited to serve as the "fun" committee chair and look forward to working with our families to bring exciting and engaging events to the Thomas Lake community. When I am not busy with kid stuff I love to travel, garden, read and spend time with friends and family.
This will be my first year as the Thomas Lake Parent Committee Treasurer. I have three children at Thomas Lake: a fifth grader, a third grader, and a first grader. I am also fortunate to be married to the school nurse at Thomas Lake, but her name escapes me at the moment. I work as a Management Analyst for Dakota County. I enjoy reading, beating my kids at Mario Kart, playing sports, and spending time with loved ones.
I have been involved in the TLPC for the past five years and am looking forward to my second term serving as secretary. My husband and I have two children at Thomas Lake: a fifth grader and a second grader. I work in Billing Operations in the healthcare field. My hobbies include reading, working on puzzles, and spending time with my family. I'm eager to support the ongoing collaboration between the TLPC and Thomas Lake to ensure a successful, enjoyable, and memorable school year.

This is my first official full year serving on the TLPC, and I’m thrilled to continue my role as the “fun” committee chair! As the parent of a Thomas Lake second grader, I’m passionate about building a connected, joyful school community. I can’t wait to bring creative, engaging, and memory-making events to our Thomas Lake families and students this year!
This will be my second year serving with TLPC in appreciation events for our staff and educators who help our children flourish.
My husband and I enjoy the abundance of seasonal activities in Eagan and exploring them with our sons. They look forward to being at their school—there’s always interesting and fun learning throughout the year at Thomas Lake Elementary.
This is my second year serving on the Parent Committee as Fundraising Lead, and I’m excited to be back for another year supporting Thomas Lake! My husband and I have a son in 3rd grade and a daughter in 1st grade at TL, a busy 2-year-old daughter, and another little girl joining our family in February 2027. Our crew also includes our Golden Retriever, Bailey, and our cat, Pugsley.
As a family, we love soccer, being outside, traveling, art, games, and good food. I especially enjoy cooking and baking and have a soft spot for Food Network competition shows.
Most of my time these days is spent in my two favorite roles—mom and nurse. I’m grateful to be part of the TL community and am looking forward to another great year of bringing families together, supporting our school, and having some fun along the way!
