Emergency Contact

Parents will be asked to determine who will be the emergency contact for their children. The emergency contact is called only when you cannot be reached and there is an emergency. If you change the name of the emergency contact, please notify the school as soon as possible. For the safety of your child, it is imperative that the school has the name, address, and phone number of your designated emergency contact. Each parent Is asked to fill out a an emergency contact card at the beginning of the year. These cards will be filled out In your child's classroom at Open House. If you enroll In school after Open House, the emergency card will be given to you after you enroll your child.
