Vaping can cause many effects through months and years. Vaping has been proven to increase blood pressure and heart-rate. Any vaping can harm the lungs by causing inflammation that can lead to permanent scarring. There is also evidence that vaping can cause sexual dysfunction in men. Also, sleep problems and exposure to cancer-causing chemicals come straight from vaping. Gum disease and irritation are side effects that you will experience.

Withdrawing from vaping may come with bad symptoms but after only 3-4 weeks those symptoms subside and you start to feel normal again, saving yourself from so many risks. By quitting vaping your mental health will improve.
