Ms. Arin Wilson attended the University of Delaware and earned her bachelor’s degree in music education in May of 2020. She began her teaching career in August 2020 in Christina School District as a General Music teacher, but still had a desire to teach strings full time. Ms. Wilson is tasked with the responsibility of building a solid foundation for young string musicians to flourish in the world of music and further their musicianship at the secondary level. She has very creative and innovative ways of making strings fun to learn.
When Ms. Wilson is not teaching strings in Appoquinimink School district, she is running her own music business called a.L.w. Productions LLC where she teaches string lessons and performs at various engagements. Ms. Wilson adores teaching others about the strings family.
Ms. Arin Wilson was a former Appoquinimink student. She attended Townsend Elementary, Meredith Middle and graduated from Middletown High School. In middle school, Ms. Wilson enjoyed participating in the Honor orchestra and this is where she met some of her string friends. During her time at Middletown High School, she was section leader of the viola section for three years. Also, Ms. Wilson performed in All-State orchestra for 5 years.
Ms. Arin Wilson is forever grateful for sharing her musical passion with future and current elementary strings students and watching them grow in music.
