Couples Counselling

Couples counselling with me is a supportive, structured space where both partners can feel heard, understood, and safe. My approach is deeply person‑centred, meaning I hold empathy, respect, and non‑judgement at the heart of every session. At the same time, I work in an integrative and practical way, using a range of therapeutic techniques to help you strengthen your relationship.

When I work with a couple, the relationship itself becomes my client. My role is to support the bond between you — helping you communicate more clearly, understand each other more deeply, and rebuild trust, connection, and emotional safety.

Alongside open exploration, I also offer structured tools, including handouts, exercises, and optional homework to help you continue the work between sessions.
