My name is Ieva, I am a therapeutic counsellor.
I offer Individual and Couples counselling, My approach is warm, open‑minded, and tailored to each person or couple I meet. I believe everyone is unique, and I value creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore what you’re going through.
Individual Counselling
I support young people and adults with a wide range of difficulties, including:

• Low mood, depression, and suicidal thoughts
• Loneliness, isolation, and social struggles
