About Me

My name is Mrs. Roderick. This is my third year teaching at Winslow Elementary school and I could not be more excited to be here. When I am not teaching I love to spend time with my family. My husband and I have 5 children together and 5 adopted children.  Yes, that gives a grand total of  10! We didn't plan on having a family this big, but blessings come when we least expect it.

We bought a house in Winslow 10 years ago that has a huge back yard and a lovely brook along its border.  We built a fire pit and placed a tent  along the brook that my kiddos love to use in the spring, summer, and fall.  We like to spend the evenings down there, having a fire and fishing for brown trout.

I love to ride four wheelers, go boating, fishing, hiking, riding roller coasters, and watching Monster Trucks! My favorite is Max-D.  We bought 20 acres in Danforth, Maine which has become our home away from home during the summer.

This is Imani! She is a bearded dragon and has been a part of our family for 8 years now. She is sweet and spunky and thinks she rules the entire top floor of our house.

This is Cherokee! He is a friendly little guy who loves to be held. He loves to take baths and wrap around our shoulders.

This is my sons/ foster sons walking my older dog, Sonic. He is an 11 year old Black Lab. The second picture is my son, Nathaniel and our puppy, Zoey. She is a crazy, energetic 2 year old puppy.

These pictures in order are me in my back yard at our brook!! The next one is my mother, my daughter and I taking a weekend getaway for Mother's day.  And of course, my family  at a Monster Truck show at Gillette Stadium.
