Shernold Edwards

Shernold Edwards has written and produced for a number of streaming, cable and network series including Haven, Sleepy Hollow, Hand of God, Anne with an E, All Rise, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, and Hulu’s forthcoming Washington Black. She received an NAACP Image Award for her adaptation of Terry McMillan’s acclaimed novel A Day Late and A Dollar Short, starring Whoopi Goldberg and Ving Rhames. She has developed with AMC and Amazon and was most recently a Co-EP on Station 19. Previously, Shernold was an executive at CTV Network (Canada) where she shepherded award-winning TV movies and series like Degrassi: The Next Generation (yes, she worked with Drake). She has a Screenwriting MFA from Columbia University.
