Here are some residency prep reminders: order a parking pass if you plan to park on campus, update your information for the cohort booklet, order a printed workshop booklet to be picked up at the residency if needed.

Important: Respond by May 19, 2026 to make sure you receive a parking pass on your first day of the residency.
No parking validations will be provided.
One-day parking costs $15.00. If you plan to park on campus more than once, please request a parking pass.
Residency parking pass is $25.00 charged to your Student Account.
Unreturned parking cards are subject to a $15.00 replacement fee to be charged to the student’s account.
The request takes 48 business hours to process (parking office is closed on weekends). If your response is received later than May 19, 2026, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a parking pass on the first day of the residency.
For students who plan to be on campus and wish to have printed workshop booklets, self-serve printing is available via the on-campus library printer.
The Campus Service Center will be available for general library tech support, and will offer booklet binding services (3-hole punch, binder clips, comb binding, etc) at no charge. Please note that the CSC will not be providing pre-order printing for students this term.
The library technology center offers one full-service Canon printer ("LA-17"). This printer is equipped to staple up to 50 sheets (i.e. 100 double-sided pages) at a time, and there is no charge for library printing.
The library technology center is equipped with four PCs with student printing access. Wi-fi printing is not available on campus. Instructions for printing are displayed at each PC workstation.
Graduating students may ask their seminar organizers to print the seminar handouts (seminar organizers will be in touch with graduating students in the next couple of weeks).
This form does not apply to new students starting the program. New students will complete the New Student Information Form under the New Student Info menu item. All other students please respond to the form. If you don’t respond, we’ll be using your info from December 2025 Residency booklet.
